Floor Manager / Tech. Supervisor
Reporting To: Head Operations / Client
Working Hours: 9:30 hrs
Shifts: Rotational , Weekly Offs: Rotational

Basic Skills Sets Requirement:

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Essential)
Global Certification in Windows (Optional)
Other Certification: MCITP/MCSA /MCSE global Certification (Optional)
Experience: 2 years,6 Months relevant experiences (Managed Service, NOC, RIM services)

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Regularly interaction with the client and discussing operational issues:
- Weekly Review Calls
- Find out the client needs and issues faced during the Week
- Reporting the issues face by the NOC team to client
2. Basic knowledge of windows system administration
3. Experience of handling a team of at least 15-20 members.
4. Responsible for the overall Quality of the Delivery of all the projects in NOC team:
- Quality NOC Services are Delivered
- Making sure that the SLA violations are less than 10%
- Customer Complaints must be recorded and issue must be resolved in 48 hours.
- Customer Satisfaction should be more than 90 points.
- No project should be lost because of technical reasons and lack communication skills*
5. Check all the project activities with the help of ‘checklists’ prepared and report any violation of standard practices.
6. Responds to task requests from planning team members in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Follows up to ensure completion.
8. Help various NOC teams in all types of communication with the client (Report, Email, Chat, Phone call etc)
9. Ensure all assigned task to be Delivered / monitored properly
10. Excelent Communication Skill
11. Co-coordinating with other department heads / Managers/ process owners on regular basis to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
12. Send the Daily executive summary Report to Management Team
13. SOPs for all the known processes / procedures / issues exists in the Internal Database
- All the new issues should be added to the database in 72 hours
- Information in the Database is correct in all respects
14. - Familiar with Microsoft office suite
